• We charge a fee to have photographers come on our property to take photos

• THIS IS FOR OUTDOOR AREAS ONLY INDOOR IS NOT INCLUDED

• You MUST reach out in advance via Facebook or 336-777-6164 to schedule your session and pay your invoice for property fee.

• This includes 2 full hours of shoot time. Each 2 hours is this cost.

• We are an event venue and have events pretty frequently and ask photographers to be respectful of that and schedule their sessions to avoid being on the property when it has already been rented.

• We have invested a great amount of money to make our property beautiful for events and photos and this is why we charge to use the property for commercial/personal use.

• You do have to pay this even if you are not a professional photographer or you are not charging. If you do get caught using the property without paying and reaching out to schedule you will be asked to leave. We have people that monitor our property and have cameras throughout the property.

• Please clean up after your sessions. If you happen to leave a mess or trash you will be charged for cleanup.

• Must be paid via invoice and scheduled prior to shoot.

Honeymoon consists of 4-night package with airfare included out of Raleigh or Charlotte. To one of our Caribbean locations for two. Valentin Imperial Maya- Rivera Maya, México, Secrets Playa Mujeres – Playa Mujeres, México The Level at Meliá Caribe – Punta Cana Dominican Republic.
